Trace of new snow past 24 hours.   Snowing lightly.  Snow Depth = 450 cm.

20  cm of dry settled storm snow on protected north aspects above 1800 m and various crusts below 2000 m. Suncrust on all solar aspects.  Settling windslabs from previous SW to NW winds.  Windslabs are reactive where they overlie suncrust. Well settled strong mid and lower pack.

Great skiing in the sunny alpine yesterday.  Groms sessioning drops in Chardonnay, and long time self guided guests Jrard and Alf ventured outside the tenure to the summit of Slate Mtn!

Isolated skier triggered windlslab pockets to size 1 in steep convex lee features.
