Our programs are designed for small group experiences. Booking as a couple or single is not a problem. We will fit you in. That being said, large groups are easily accommodated and if everyone wants to go out together, we’re happy to travel as a pack. The less rules, the better.

Daily ski tours are determined in the morning according to the snow conditions, each small group’s skill level, and objectives. Skiers travel in groups of 4-6, accompanied by a guide.
Heli transfers are included in pricing.

Sol Mountain does not provide refunds if you are unable to come at the last minute due to injury, illness, health related issues, personal or family issues, travel complications, inability to enter the country, etc.
Trips will not be cancelled due to weather or snow conditions.
Conditions:
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Payments are non-refundable unless we can rebook the space at full price to another party.
Your best option is to find a replacement and recover your costs. We will arrange to transfer the trip to the new guests.
If you are unable to find a replacement, let us know. We can often find guests from our wait lists or people wanting to return. All refunds in this case will be subject to the $400 non-refundable booking fee.

Sol Mountain is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable mountain experience. Ski touring in the backcountry mountain environment exposes skiers to inherent risks. All guests must read and agree to sign a digital Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims Agreement with online registration. A paper copy will be provided to sign at the start of your trip. This is common practice for all backcountry ski operations in British Columbia. Be sure to review the waiver prior to your holiday. Contact us if you have any questions.
