- 6.0, overcast, light NW winds. 5 cm new snow. 15 - 20 cm recent storm snow overlies settled pow, and wind effected surfaces. 40 - 50 cm storm snow overlies the December 10 layer of rime crust and surface hoar which has not been reactive to skiers . 130 - 175 cm overlies the Dec 7 rain crust - which is bonding in snow pack tests.

Numerous slow moving sloth like new snow sluffs to size 1 - only a hazard if you sat down and waited for it !
