14 deg C. Clear blue, Calm wind. No new snow!

The heat is on and the snow is melting quickly. A few snow patches at tree line, up to 50% snow cover in the alpine depending on aspect and steepness.

Glacier lilies, globe flowers and heather is blooming in the alpine. Below tree line lupin, paint brush, and buttercups are blooming.

Hiking is open. Trails will be open to mountain biking August 1. Day-trippers are welcome - all trail donations include a cold beer at Sol Lake.
