Digital Waiver & Registration Form

Guests of Sol Mountain Lodge are required to review our Terms of Booking and
Digital Waiver, and complete Online Registration before any trip payments can be processed.

 

Terms of Booking*

TRIP PAYMENTS

1.  Choose trip dates and complete our online Waiver and Registration for each guest.

2.  Payment of a $150 non-refundable booking fee plus 20% of trip cost is required to reserve your summer trip.  This booking fee does include Covid cancellation coverage for summer 2020.

3.  Final Payment is due June 1 prior to your trip. Payment can be made EMT, CC over the phone, cheque, or Paypal.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Sol Mountain does not provide refunds if you are unable to come at the last minute due to injury, illness, health related issues, personal or family issues, travel complications, inability to enter the country, etc.  Trips will not be cancelled due to weather.  

All payments are non-refundable unless we (or you) are able to rebook the space at full price.  Any refunds from Sol Mountain will be less the $150 non-refundable booking fee.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Trip Cancellation Insurance is available from Lifestyle Financial, your local travel agent, Travel Underwriters 1-800-663-5389, or is often included with your credit card transaction.  

The best option for you to get a refund is to work with us to fill your spot.
If you are unable to make the trip your best option is to find a replacement and recover your costs. Replacement guest will need to submit our online registration. 

If Sol Mountain is able to re-book your space at full rate you will be refunded total trip cost or transferred to another trip less the $150 Non–Refundable Booking Fee.
