Fall is in the air. A few flowers can be found in shady wet areas, there is a bumper crop of huckleberries. All trails are open and in great condition.

The Shelter Bay and North Fosthall forest service roads affected by wildfires are now open. Watch for hydro line crews on Shelter Bay, and bridge work at 19 km North Fosthall.

Day use is welcome. Please park at BC Parks parking area. Dogs are not permitted in Monashee Provincial Park. All trail donations include a cold crisp Mt Begbie stocked in Sol Lake.
