Alpine flower bloom is receding - butter cups, valerian, monkey flowers, paint brushes, asters, and lupins are still out there. Huckleberries are starting to ripen at tree line. Sol Lake is warm, and stocked with crisp Kolsch.

All trails are open for hiking and mountain biking. Day Use is welcome - all donations include a cold crisp Kolsch at Sol Lk. Dogs are not permitted in Monashee Provincial Park.
