12.5 deg C. Bluebird. Calm wind. No new snow!

Just like that - BAM - its all time alpine. A few snow patches at tree line, up to 20% snow cover in the alpine depending on aspect and steepness.

Alpine flowers are in full bloom. Globe flowers, paintbrush, asters, arnica, lupin. The heather is putting on quite a show.

Hiking is open. Trails are open to mountain biking, except Infinity north side of ridge still has snow patches. The ice is off the lake! Day-trippers are welcome - all trail donations include a cold beer at Sol Lake. Please park up the road from our guest parking area.
